When you look at some of these car companies, it's pure marketing genius. They followed the baby boomers and generation X to the full extent of their growth. 

 

Let's look at Honda. In the 60s and 70s, they sold the supercub moped and the cvcc to college kids as a cheapo ride. 

Following them into the 80s giving them the commuter car like the civic and the first generation accord. And the motorcycles became faster and more powerful. 

As these people became more stable and financially sound, they made the cars bigger and more powerful, with more features. Then they made the Goldwing, and the  Acura! 

 

The car fans didn't follow their cars, their cars followed the fans! 

Genius!

You know, I had lunch at a deli by the hospital earlier. Had a fresh squeezed pineapple orange juice. It was fabulous and refreshing!

I don't remember the last time I had juice... It's like flavored sugar.  I just tend to eat the fruit so I at least get the fiber.

I love certain fruits, just too lazy to eat it. 

I love....grapes, peaches, apples, nectarines, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, really sweet oranges, quince, etc...

You sound like hubs... he hates eating.  Not that he doesn't like some food or that it doesn't taste good, he just doesn't like to eat.  So his bulking diet has not been going well.

Angry orchard cider.. also yay.

 

I do miss juice and cider from Canada though.  We have a brand called sun-rype up there that's made in Kelowna and growers cider.. which is a sweet vs beer cider.

FYI can't take a pic as the dog was carrying my phone earlier in his backpack. He shook and it went flying a few times.  One of those times he cracked the glass on the back camera.  /fml

In the last 24 hours I've had: 2 apples, a plum, cherries, a banana, and a peach.

 

They are easiest things to eat in my fridge.

I actually have a very funny joke that involves chocolate ice cream, an American, an Englishman, a Polish guy, and a prostitute. It's very funny. But I can't tell it here...

So I'm at the hospital. My sister was here from 2. Her husband arrived with her. I come back at 8, and my BIL is out at his friends house all day. What an #######. 

And, tomorrow, they're going on a road trip for a week. Really?

An American guy, an English guy, and a Polish guy were out drinking together, they came across a really hot prostitute, and decided to get some.

So the American guy goes first. After 10 minutes, he comes out with a big grin and said, "man I gave her fifty bucks, she put some chocolate ice cream on my ####, and she ####ed it, it was great!"

The English guy said "me next me next"

20 minutes later he comes out with a big smile, "man I gave her a hundred bucks, she put chocolate ice cream on my ####, then some syrup, and peanuts, then she ####ed it, it was awesome"

The Polish guy, super excited, said "here comes daddy!"

An hour later, he comes out exhausted. The others asked what happened. 

He said, "I give het 2 hundred bucks...she put chocolate ice cream on my ####, whip cream, syrup, peanuts, a slice of pineapple, and cherry on top. That #### looked so good, I ate it myself!"
