Random factoid of the day:  the word harem is pronounced "ha-ream" by this British narrator I just heard when it should be like the proper American "har-em".

So, I'm driving to work in my new car. With my new favorite coffee mug...

And the drink holders doesn't have the little cut out for the mug handle! What the...

Who designed this?!

Am I gonna have to use one a those yeti mugs with no handles now?

Oh nevermind, she must be living it up while hillbilly is gone...

 

Anyway, this car is like, super complex to use. As I was driving down the road listening to Fleetwood Mac, the audio system cuts off! No radio, no Bluetooth, no phone, no nothing! 

I'm like, did I hit a mute switch? But there is no such a switch... I still dunno what happened. But after I got to the office, I restarted the car, and everything worked. Now I hope this is the last of it. Because, how am I supposed to listen to Fleetwood Mac man??

All I gotta say is, the Accord was much more user friendly. By a mile!

As a child, I remember our Benz had no cup holders for the driver.  Must focus on the Autobahn and all.

 

My Volvo could only fit a soda can in its and even that was pushing it.

 

My subaru one has too deep cup holders, like if you get a tall from Starbucks, it hangs by the lid rather than touching the bottom.  Why does it force me into a venti, why?

Later, I shall take pictures of the respective cup holders...

The best cup holder I ever had was in my 08 and 14 accords. 

 

My CLK had a refrigerated center console for drinks. 

 

This current car has some attempt at cooling the center console too. But it's not too cold...

Oh, yeah...the Yukon has some azz-kicking cup holders throughout the car. 

 

Man it's a gorgeous day here. 

Gorgeous days like this always remind me of 9-11...

 

I didn't do #### all morning. And the afternoon isn't looking too busy either.

If I recall, someone mentioned in this thread about getting woke up in the middle of the night by an expiring battery in their home smoke alarm. Somehow that mojo floated over to me and I awoke at 3 a.m. cursing for 2 minutes before I could get something to stand on and remove the @#$%#$^ battery.

Okay, you see, right there is your problem. People stopped listening to Fleetwood Mac while driving down the road around 1979. You really need to upgrade.
