I took my car in the other day, for a new tyre. I admit while there and waiting as you do, I really fancied the  Highlander. But, I don't need a new car. Mine might be 7 years old, but it's paid for, and still has less than 30,000 miles on it. Tempting though.

My car also has about 30,000 on it, but our other vehicle is up to 110k.  I think it will probably make it to 190 at least, but you never know.

60k?

#### that ####, get the Denali XL!

Finance it. Dutch work like ox, get 2 jobs!

Hahahaha.  If I was working we could afford it, but I don't even like the concept of having to take a loan, nevermind one that would probably be bigger than our mortgage if we had one.

1- Your truck will last a couple of hundred clicks.

2- ah #### it then you might as well go for the gusto, get the Escalde ESV....

3- My obama car, the CRV, just broke 19,000 miles? It's a 2009. I just bought it because they gave me 4,500 bucks for my old jalopy. The CRV is great, but I really don't use the thing...

I would, except for I am going to start house-hunting.  There isn't much in my price range that doesn't have boarded up windows.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Sure there is. I could buy the Highlander, and we could live in that.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

How did you find a picture of that house in my town?  Seriously, a truck outside that cost 60k, a Cadillac sedan, and the house looked like a pile of #######.  They finally did do some work on it this year.

There is a reasonable (needs some paint and a floor sanding) foreclosure near me for less than 30k.  Another one we were considering sold for around 40.  You can find things if you look.
