Our hourlong nap (projected) lasted just under Many hours (actual), over-zzz we man.

Of course, Mrs. T-B. didn't attempt to, or didn't effectively, awaken us in time for the late TV news, grrr man.

I'm excited about giving an art therapy seminar, my first one. 

I want to continue my studying and therapy/psychology is very important, especially now.

I'd love to help people get in touch with their emotions and overcome problems, through art as well.

I'm curious about the heart with rats, it doesn't sound like a fun image...

 

Am off hunting for new pillows for redneck, since his surgery he's been waking with a sore neck so we're guessing his current memory foam pillow is not what he needs now.

 

I am gobsmacked at the price of pillows here!

I was looking at Bed Bath and Beyond the other day - regular pillows$40-60 and the stay cool one I wanted was $90.  So, I went to target and bought a great stay cool one from $15 and it is comfortable. We don't usually spend more than $12-15 on a pillow.  I wash them regularly and when they've reached their max life, I just chuck them.
