I've had to go to the food bank when I lived in Canada.  So I try to donate occassionally.

I volunteer for an organization that helps moms and babies.... you would not believe the stories we have to tell. We have to focus on the ones who really need our help and then the world is a better place again.

 

@NikLR If you can, try to workout. It should help you release some of the anxiety and get some endorphins. If you know any breathing techniques, try them; that should help as well. Get some hugs from the hubs, that should help as well.
