Wahaaaaaa 😂😂😂

She's incredibly manipulative and quite possibly the most devious person I have ever known

Unfortunately for her I'm not scared of upsetting her and don't fall for her dramatics :)

We ought to get yours and mine together for a nice cup of tea. They could hatch new plots, and share notes. Not that it sounds either one of them needs help with that.

Mine was going about the house yesterday on her walking frame, moaning and sighing, quite pathetically, really. Painted quite the tragic picture. When she thought I was out in the yard with the dog, I found her zipping around without the frame, quite happily. Quite shocked when I appeared behind her. Nicked!!!

Status Dramaticus.

Still have flu. No better, but no worse.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Looks like he's settled. I'm still a mess, you would think have 4 more kids at home it wouldn't be so hard.

Nope doesn't matter how many more you have, it's hard when they leave ((hug))

A chap I used to work on Ambulance told me that one. I've heard it since, but the first time I heard that we had a teenage girl in the boot, playing up something chronic. Screaming she couldn't breathe, and not impressed when I told her she could, in fact, she was breathing about 200 times a minute. Turns out she was trying to impress her boyfriend, who had just given her the 'we should see other people' speech. Once I booted him out, she was fine.

He actually called clear at the scene. "NOBI.( No one brought in) Status Dramaticus".  Laughed all the way back to base :D

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Mrs. T-B.-to-be was quite dazed upon U.S. arrival, dazed she man.

She very soon developed a roaring upper-respiratory infection, cough hack wheeze she man.

We had to pay retail for a doc appointment + Rx, anathema man.

She had attended Many (2+1) despedidas (going-away parties), including one all-nighter, in Many (2+1) different Ecu cities just before flying here, party-animal she man.

We have since laughed wryly at the prevalent "oh, how romantic it will be when my fiancé/fiancée finally arrives here!" stories throughout the upper forums over the years, be prepared for otherwise man.

When the Dane and I first met in person I was on the tail end of a terrible GI bug.   Romantic.

Then, when I moved to Denmark...there were no employees in the airport.  The kid had come down with scarlet fever on the flight.  I spent so long looking for my freight and I had way too much to bring out on my own... I was tired and extremely grumpy and ready to fight the customs agent over my rights to live in Denmark...

And I get to customs and everyone has gone home, so I just walk right through.

But, definitely exhausted and not in glorious reunion type mood.

When I arrived, after going from NZ to San Francisco, and then from there on to Washington Dulles, nobody met me. He was late, and I was way beyond tired. And cranky.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I just bought a homeless person dinner. I got in way too deep I didn’t know how to say no and she charged $30 (pizza and wings). Now I’m having an anxiety attack because I know I was taken advantage of and was stupid (should have told her to keep it under $10). Don’t know what happened.

but I’m trying to tell myself it’s not a big deal, I can afford the $30. . . And hopefully she’ll at least share it with friends.
