I just finished reading "The 5th Wave". I'm a middle school teacher and try to read the stuff they do.

 

It was was a terrible book. Even for juvenile fiction. We need more Harry Potters!

I loved the Harry Potter books!

 

Today has been mostly chilled with an hour of blind panic when I realized my hearing aid wasn't on my head (I have a BAHA implant), it's a $6000 aid and I've already lost one this year.

Spent an hour retracing my steps and found it under the seat in my car, must have knocked it off at the mail box - phew

 

Squishy one is all clean and had a much lighter coat, I'm hoping he'll be feeling better once he stops sulking...

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

I actually love the HP universe and fanfiction, but found the books to not be to my taste.

We completed the entire planned itinerary plus some drive-by GSs despite Many-degree heat, melt us man.

Awaiting return of Mrs. T-B./Mini-B. from amiga/little amigo's casa.

If Mrs. T-B. returns soon, we can gas the Mrs.-T-B.-mobile on our way to Aldi, two birds one stone man.

She was also supposed to bring din-din, cooked by amiga man.

We are still comfortably full from lunch at Arby's with use of coupons, but principle is involved, man...

We are conflicted when cat wants to go outside in this heat, hot issue man.

The Harry Potter books are the only books I will re-read over and over again :)
