For the last time, to effect an arrest, you need probable cause. And they have none.

The deputies will issue the penalty, and the charge is to be worked out in court afterwards, perhaps using many of your stated reasons.

Oscar, the squishy faced one has decided my mornings need to start earlier - 6AM he woke me up this morning 😴

Hes going to the beauty parlor later to get jet washed, have his coat stripped and get his ####### glands emptied, I'm hoping it'll make him more comfortable as he's mega itchy (been treated for fleas etc) and his bum is bothering him :(
