We have read stories about people's liquid meds arriving by mail and being frozen from sitting out in the mailbox during winter, cold to say man.

For sure. We have two liquids, and they both remark on the label to keep them from extremes of heat and cold. Cold, not that much of a problem, but the heat here sucks.  One of them is nonformulary, nobody else here takes it, so if that one goes sideways it's a pita to replace.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
