He's treading on thin ice. But he's not getting fired.

The poor bas#### has a wife and kid.

Did I mention he wrecked his motorcycle with the side car the second day he got it?

Did I mention he looks like the Great Adventure guy?

Did I mention he's from where Asia is from?

Did I mention that in the 10 years or so that he's worked for me, he has NEVER GOTTEN ME ANYTHING??? Not even a kielbasa...

I mean, I don't expect anything from my guys, except loyalty.

But somebody's gotta tell this guy. Work politics, you show your boss that you APPRECIATE him!!

I mean, my Kremlin guy who works for me, he brings me all kindsa rushkie stuff  all day long man...

Today I discovered another annoying feature about my new car.

The "snap joints" on the doors.

It keeps trying to spring the doors closed, when I'm trying to keep it open!

Very annoying. And the micron air filter switch, can't find it!

The accord's doors would actually stop at the stops...

They post every several hours about how the power is out like their lives are over.

Got it!

There's no mechanical switch on the console.

It's in the climate control page in the center display. And it's a picture. No words. Shows an arrow, pointing at a vertical rectangle, and a few lines, then your face...

I like my arms. The problem for me is my bodyfat isn't low enough to show definition. So if I'm not flexing, I just have arms.

Also I work out for me not him.  If he doesn't find me attractive, he can go find someone else.  But I get half so he may want to consider that. Especially considering he wants me to cosign a jeep loan.

Anything 8-12 reps gains size and endurance. Hypertrophy.  It's what bodybuilders do. 4-6 is strength. You eventually gain size but mostly you get stronger.  Anything above 12 reps is useless.

I do compound strength training and very little isolation.  Mostly I need to start doing a little cardio. Regardless I have short bicep muscles so they tend to pop UP rather than look "toned."  Hubs has the opposite problem so his biceps are tiny for his arms  but he has good triceps.   It's the issue I have with my calves and the type of muscle in them.
