My house was under construction when Katrina hit. The materials went up 50%

Just sent some diapers to the Texas Diaper Bank from their Amazon wish list.  Can't imagine being stuck at a shelter with a young kid.

Except for the Many(2x2x2)-foot ladder, just about everything is moved upstairs, altitudinous we man.

Mrs. T-B. has Many easy-open cans up there, prescient she man.

It would be an illegitimate-male-child of a situation if we were to lose our power innage, fingers crossed man.

However, we're allegedly near an important transmission station, hopeful man.

And also on the same grid as the Fire Station, even better man.

Would be hard or impossible to take on a water or helicopter rescue, don't know what to do about it now man.

Except for area rugs, our downstairs is all foot-x-foot ceramic tile, renovation by previous owner man.

If water gets in, would it need to be torn up, huh man?

Or just the baseboard trim, lower sheetrock, etc., huh man?
