Hello Guys,

 

Can I anyone please tell me the way, How to send a fee of I-130 Petition from SAUDI ARABIA to USCIS if you live outside the USA?

  • 08/11/2017 - I-130 Accepted
  • 08/11/2017 -  NOA-1 via Email
  • 02/28/2018 - I-130 Approved
  • 03/06/2018 - Case Sent to NVC
  • 03/14/2018 - Package Received By NVC
  • 04/21/2018 - Case Assigned & Invoice ID
  • 04/24/2018 - Filed DS 261
  • 04/26/2018 - Welcome Letter Received
  • 04/30/2018 - AOS fee status - PAID
  • 05/01/2018 - IV fee status - PAID
  • 05/02/2018 - Completed DS-260
  • 05/07/2018 - Documents Mailed to NVC
  • 05/10/2018 - NVC Received Documents ( SD )
  • 05/15/2018 - Case Completed - ( CC )
  • 06/01/2018 - Interview Schedule For 07/08/2018
  • 07/08/2018 - VISA APPROVED

Assuming you've read the instructions for payment and don't have an account at a US bank IN the US, the usual solution is to send the package to a friend or relative in the US, then have them add a personal check to the stack and forward it on to USCIS.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Not yet, I have prepared I-130 but I got information from US Embassy that we can file International Money order of 535 USD, The bank should be presence or correspondent in the USA.

USCIS told me on call, it will best if you file from Saudi Arabia instead of sending someone in the US for check, The Embassy helped let's what happen next.

Great, seems like you have everything worked out. I assume you are going to include the money order with your packet.

My check of international bank draft has accepted and I have got Receipt number.
