Where to send I-129 when abroad?

I am currently on a long visit in the UK but I'm wanting to send my I-129f petition this week. I'm confused with which address I would send it to if I'm not currently in the US? Would it be the Dallas P.O. Box for US postal services or the one for express mail and other mail couriers in Lewisville, Texas?

If you are mailing Royal Mail and the US Post office will deliver, then the PO Box.

if you are using a courier service like FedEx, DHL, DX, then the street address.

If your package does not require signature at delivery, then Dallas. If it requires signature, then you'll be mailing it to Lewisville.

Express Mail usually requires signature.

 

Anything mail services by FedEx, UPS, DHL etc require signature too.

 

Signature to acknowledge receipt of the package, that is.

 

Dallas is a P.O. box so obviously no one will be signing anything.

 

Lewisville is a mailroom with staffers to accept and sign for packages or mails.
