Hope you mean the I 864,

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

No such think, they show their own finances, an I 134 is a big minus in getting a visitor visa.

i dont know what should i do. i am sending my every documents, pay stubs, tax papers, bank statements to my parents. i have around like 5-6000$ with me. and they are taking their papers, if necessary they will show their finance. my father have arround like 80,000$ worth of land which is in his name. he is taking that paper with him.  while looking on websites it says you need to file i-134 affidavit of support. so i am filling the form as i am giving every description abt my finance.

What website tell you this? It is complete rubbish. You do not need to do anything.

The applicant applies on their own merits, nothing to do with you.

There's no such thing as filing or completing an affidavit of support for someone's tourist visa. Some websites or people are giving the wrong info. A person will only be granted a B2 based on their own merits, financials included.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

NOP its I-134 for the visitor visa.

You can not sponsor a Tourist Visa for someone other than yourself.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

there is nothing you do, you don't sponsor them for a tourist visa, you don't have to show your income

they have to show their income and strong ties to their country of origin, they have to overcome the presumption that they will overstay and get a GC if you are a USC, that the will return even if they have a son in this country

It will not help them.  It could be seen as you trying to demonstrate that you will support them long term here in US.  Your best advise is to let them apply using their own ties to their country.

NO. Your documents etc are useless.

Let them take whatever they want to the interview that is theirs.
