Im new to this site so there may already be a thread on this. My question is, 1). When filing the adjustment of status, do we need to provide the certificate of no previous marriage for my wife when we send in the I-485 ?.....and 2) some are telling me that we need to send in the biographic G-325A when I file the I-485, yet the instructions on the USCIS seem to indicate that its not required. Should I send that in with the I-485? Thank you for your help....Roger

Certificate of no previous marriage is not required. You just need to submit the marriage certificate for your marriage together.

G-325A is no longer needed. It's been incorporated into the I-485.

Fee is $1140 + $85 biometrics.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
