Does k1 visa and Medical is really same expiration? I just wanna make sure because in my visa expiration its August 10,2017 so I'm assuming it's my medical expiration also, they told me in embassy my medical is only good until August but didn't say exactly August 10..

I'm also planning to fly August 3 which is only few days before my visa and Medical expiration(if the medical is really same date as my visa expiration date) is it gonna be a problem in my POE and processing my AOS? I hope that someone can answer this.. Thank you.

My K-1 visa expired on Dec 23 2016, exactly six months after my medical that was on June 23 2016.

Edit: And no, it won't affect AOS. All you need to do with the K-1 visa is enter before the expiration date, even if that means one day before it expires. Upon arrival, the visa expires and cannot be used for re-entry. It'll give you 90 days to marry in a legal status.

Your K-1 medical date is the start date of your K-1's 6-month validity.

On the other hand, you can AOS within a year of the K-1 medical if the DS-3025 is marked '.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
