Hi brothers and sisters! Have all a blessed day by Almighty Ameen!

      Once again may be again will come here to take advice and ur reply as a help and ur all good reply make us comfortable and confident thank u..so here I am in finnal step waiting interview date from NVC after hubby sent this month 8date.last week he called they said they will as soon possible call him and mail it..but my case will going to expire on September .so I worry after hubby get hard time over laywer who put him wait wait a day asking just documents but keep saying not sponsor any like that which is lied only so hubby sent after call to embassy to get info they said both can become my joint sponser.well then he sent it all documents .been through hard time and keep delay .now worry bcoz case going to expire.hopefully work out.any one know ow much taking case end and and interview??those r given interview in UAE plz I need them help about info and guide is they get interview in duabi or Abu Dhabi?

Nonsense.  I-130 approvals don't expire.  Unless you've taken more than a year to reply to any NVC request, there is no "expiration date".

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Really? May be my misunderstood bcoz it been year so they give time to us otherwise have to repay again for Visa fees.

My hubby sent the documents on June 8 but he forget to send birth certificate of joint sponser they he call to nvy they give back again and he resend back on junly 8 .he called but they said they will sooner contact or mail them and I every day check visa status still in process..I pray everything okay and work out it been hard time .

I don't know any thing even hubby so I joined here after keep searching I got this site which is so helpful.if I know before even hubby he never take lawyer which r scam .so the end we dose by self which of my best friend give us guide to do this way directly send to all documents to NVc bcoz hubby bring two time joint sponser they say it's not possible or sponsor mine they lied after we ask to embassy they said both can do it.we so disoppinted and hurts especially me.bcoz I don't know people and hubby paid money for case and they keep put case delay and lies .forget about money it's hurts when people a lawyers r does this way..God know our condition .well just we keep try pray and paiten .Good will Justice I believe in God.thank u all who reply and guide us who really don't know .God bless to all Ameen.

It was pretty simple English.  Unless you've taken more than a year to respond to any NVC request, there is no Expiration, of an I-130 petition.  What makes you think something is going to expire?  What?  Why?

Thank u for answering me .iam so frustrated now bcoz hubby call to early NVC they asking more documents.they need everything what have done so far online and mailed to them and they said that other visa center for them.the USCIS is different from the NVC..bcoz was sent our stuff all to the USCIS by lawyer and they said it was a separate from the NVC.

So u mean no expiration date of 1-130? Can hubby apply visit visa if like that condition I didn't met him two year I feel so sad he can't to visit we married 2015 .some time hurt waiting long.any advoic about visit visa plz?
