Hello! Everyone..

I had K1 Fiance/Fiancee visa interview in the US Embassy Abu Dhabi - UAE. After my Interview the CO (Interviewer) printed out a paper from his computer and gave me it was 221(g) and on it written in the Section - Other:- revocation / for immigration benefits only. after that I checked my visa case status on CEAC it shows in the their website Administrative Processing. I do not know? What should I do? What does that message mean? they gave me in the following attachments I posted.. :(

sorry that happened to you.

hte message on the paper means that the CO didnt belive in your relationship, the CO thinks that your relationship is only to get green card.

the CO sent your case back to USCIS for revocation that mean to close the case.

the message Administrative Processing is show on ceac until the case arrive to NVC then NVC send the case to USCIS and USCIS will review the case and close revocate.

about what can you do?, well, as the CO thinks the relationship is only to get gren card, you need get married then go for a spouse visa.

be sure this time that you have enough evidences that show a real relationship with the petitioner

Look so like your case has been denied and your case will be left to expire

It'll take several weeks to get to the USCIS and several months for your US fiance(e) to receive a NOID/NOIR (notice of intending denial) because it'll most likely will be send back to expire. Did they let you know anything? Why are you denied?
