Did anyone notice that the CSC for K-1 went from February 15th back to January 1st. Anyone have this happen before? Did it cause significant delays? I filed for my fiancé as of March 29th.

Do to the political landscape it appears as if there are a surge of various petitions.

Virtually no movement in the last 3 weeks or so on I-129F approvals just a few here and there.

The CSC was probably getting a lot of calls regarding status of cases filed prior to Feb 15th so they just ticked the process time back 45 days to keep the monkey off their backs.

Try to keep busy this summer to help pass the time is all I can say.
