Yes, G-325A is no longer needed as it's been added to the I-129F.

 

All crimes really because they'll run background checks and you don't wanna omit anything.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Well for me it was different.  When I first sent in the application I just did they I-129f.  Four months later, the USCIS sent a request for more information.  One of their claims was that I did not file a G325a, and both me and my fiancee had to fill one out, along with sending in more evidence.  This whole process is just nerve wracking!

The G325a has only been not needed for a couple of months or so - for a period of time it depended on if you used the new form or not. Now the old form is no longer allowed so no one will file g325a with i129f anymore. The bio information is now included in the form. I'm sorry you got an rfe, good luck in the future :)

Thanks.  Yes this was back in Feb. so maybe they changed it.  The funny thing was, and maybe I misread, it wasn't listed to file a G325a with it originally, or I would have.  But oh well, it's done now and hopefully will get approved soon!
