Please tell me that my priorty date will also change if my visa category is changed from F1 to F3 . As i got letter from NVC to choose the agent and pay fee but in thier record i was unmarried wheras i got married now.

Yes, by marrying you have downgraded your preference from F1 to F3 and added around five years to your wait.

 

You need to inform the NVC of this information.

don't keep opening threads with the same question

 

we've already answered your question, you have to notify that you married and you don't qualify to apply now as an F1, as soon as you married you changed to F3, with 5 or more years of waiting

 

don't pay anything, notify immigration and keep on waiting
