Does obtaining a O3 visa render a previous 10 year B1/B2 visa invalid?

My wife due to various reasons obtained a single entry O3 visa when she and my daughter applied at the US consulate in Canada. She had a 10 years B1/B2 visa a year prior to applying for the O3.

 

We have to make a trip to Vancouver in the coming weeks and realized that her B1/B2 might not be usable at this point. Does anyone know if 10 year B1/B2 visa's are revoked if you get a O3, there is no stamp or anything on the visa itself.

Unless there's a red "Void" or "Cancelled" stamp over the B-2 then it should still be valid.

 

You'll find out for sure at the airport.

If they have to get back into the US and you are with an O1, they cannot enter with a visitor visa. They will have to get another O3. Unless they are looking to enter the US temporarily, they cannot use the visitor visa to live in the US with an O1 spouse/father.
