Me and my wife got in the Mail a Request for Evidence letter, on the letter it says" The Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, that you submitted is incomplete. We need additional information to complete the case." - what does this mean? Can anyone reply. I know before she came to states she updated her medical and vaccination records in Brasil, would she only need to translate to put it on form? And who has this I-693 do i need to fill it out again? What is the process? How much is it going to cost? Please help!!

Is the person AOS-ing from a K-1?

Which medical related form or record did you submit along with the AOS? Did you submit the DS-3025 or I-693?

If a DS-3025 was submitted, when was it dated? Was the DS-3025 marked 'COMPLETE'?

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
