Hello everyone,

I am looking at the new form I-485 and it seems that who needs to file the Supp A has to pay a fee of $1k more. Is that correct?

Look at the link (filling fee)

https://www.uscis.gov/i-485supa

Please, someone help me...

Hi aleful, thank you so much for your reply.

I don't know if I'm on the 245i.

I came with a visitor B2 visa, I met my husband and we decided to get married before my I-94 expiration.

We got married in April/06/2017 and my I-94 expired on April/25/2017. And we are applying for AOS just now.

Should I file the I-485 Supplement A?? And pay that extra fee of $1k?? OMG :/

Thank you so much in advance.

If you file under section 245(i), then yes, looks like you have to pay $1000 extra for that.
