I had my k-1  interview on 5/21/2016 , council said congratulation (mabrook) you will receive your visa in 2 weeks . it was clean cut interview no AP!

NOW!! my case keep updating and I still after two month  under AP.!!!!!

is anybody before had same experience I have .

I have a few visas on my passport I went to 10 different countries  , maybe that's the  reason , I have no idea

You said no AP, but everyone goes through some sort of administrative processing. Some longer than others. 

 

It can take anywhere from a couple of days to years. (years is pretty rare) 

 

Unfortunately, you just have to wait and try to be patient.  

I see you're from Egypt, a lot of times Egypt has a bit more administrative processing.

All visas still go through Administrative Processing after the interview, but some take longer than the others. AP means they are reviewing everything before issuing the visa. Take it as going through a job interview and they still need to relay the results of it to the management for the final decision. Unfortunately, you can only wait.

 

In the Philippines tho, I have read about a case of a person getting approved in March 2017 but after a month and 2 weeks of waiting for the visa, he got a notice for a 2nd interview instead. It rarely happens tho.

Sept 14, 2020 - Biometric Reuse

October 20, 2020 - Interview Has Been Scheduled

November 23, 2020 - Interview Date - Approved!

December 4, 2020 - OATH TAKING CEREMONY
