Red letters "Dont forget to sign"

I cant get rid off those, I been reading some of the threads about the same problem and people say they wont appear when you print the documents, but they actually do, I printed all my forms and in the space for signature it reads "dont forget to sign" with red letters, what can I do to get rid off those?

Solution is to click on print and some message appears, close the message and save it, then will disappear and can print it. I was printing them from other computer, so the solution was clicking on print on my computer even if I wasnt printing, and then it would get disabled, then save it, and can be printed without it. Hope this is helpful for anybody with the same problem

Did you use FoxIt Reader for this? I have seen it tends to break the PDFs. This error in particular.
