Hello

I had a query regarding Q45a of the i-129F form - regarding the address where the beneficiary intends to live in the United States.

At the time of completing this, my fiancé and I are still unsure as to where we will actually end up living. Currently my fiancé lives with her mother in NYC, and although we plan to stay in the city, we will look to move into our own apartment.

My fiancé estimates she will relocate in the next 3-4 months but for the time-being what would be satisfactory to put in this section?

We only listed the city without street address and we did not have issues there.

I knew I would be moving in a few months and just put my current address.  The point is that you'll be living with her, so it makes sense if your intended address matches her current address. You'll just need to submit a change of address form online when you get your own place.
