Hello everyone,

 

I am about to start filing my K-1 visa for my Laotian fiance.

I just have a few questions regarding the form

For the physical address aboard. Does that mean where she lives outside her country? Because she's from Laos but she currently lives and working in Thailand. I just wanted to confirm that. Thanks for the help.

Abroad of US :) If she currently lives in Laos, that's her physical address.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

So just to clarify, does that mean the question 47a where it says to write the beneficiary physical address aboard, i would write where she lives now? I just want to make sure i don't make no mistake. Thanks for the reply!

Yes, her physical address where she currently lives.
