Green Card expiry is October- 22nd 2017

Hello everyone,

I want to apply for Lifting Condition on CR1.

My Green Card expiry is October- 22nd 2017.

So,when I could apply for I 751? I mean on July - 22nd OR Before,after this date!,according to 90 days rule.

your earliest acceptance date is 07/24/2017, according to the USCIS early filing calculator. Make sure it doesn't get there before that date or the package will get returned to you.
