How long to get response from inquiry?

How long does it take to get a response?

 

On the online case status it just says this "as of July 11th, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number ..., is currently not assigned for processing"

 

anyone have any experience with this?

I have sent service request since May 27th and still no response. It says the same thing as yours, as at 18th of July your inquiry is yet to be assigned.

I wonder why it's taking forever to be assigned.

That's bizarre! Did you file it online or over the phone?

I filled it online. Since then I have also filled another with the petitioner (my husband) and no response yet.

Oh wow, that sucks! Maybe your local field office is very busy? I hope yours gets sorted soon!
