Filing I-485 while I-130 is in process

My mom is in the Philippines, i filed I-130 and received the receipt from USCIS,, i have a minor sister and will turn 21yrs old in 2.5yrs from now,, we were worried that she may end up waiting for years if i file I-130 petition for sibling,, some say i can ask my mom to come here while there is a pending I-130 petition for parent and wait upto 60days then file for I-485 and once she gets her greencard she can then file petition for my minor sister. Is this possible? will the tourist visa affects the petition for I-485? 

Needing some advice here.

Exactly. Entering the US on a tourist visa with the intent to adjust status is clear fraud with serious consequences.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

It is not even possible. She would still need to wait for her priority date to become current to file the i-485. FYI the i-485 can take up to 18 months to be approved for AOS. You are better off with consular processing.
