Hello everyone!

My i-129f petition arrived to the Dallas Lockbox on July 1st, but on July 17th it arrived back to my mailing address with a rejection notice. We accidentally wrote the wrong date on the check. That was the only reason. The letter they sent told me the reason and to fix it and resubmit it. There is also a stamp on the bottom of each form with a long number, a date, and a time. My question, is so I need to redo every form or just the check? Can I send the papers with the stamps on them? I'm living in Cambodia and it sent to my moms address in America, so she already resent it with a new check. Are we correct that we don't need new forms? I'm worried. Thanks guys!!

You'll be fine sending the same package back but with a new check.

Was the check POST dated? They won't hold a check and technically it is illegal for them to cash it until the date on the check has arrived.

It will only set you back 3 weeks or so and no need to redue any forms just send it all back but make sure to send it with deliver confirmation or tracking so you have peace of mind that it arrived.
