In the following question (form I-485) do I have to choose the nearest uscis office from me(I have two, Jacksonville and Orlando), or is it asking for a filling office (which would be chicago, same for everyone) ??

The beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in:

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

There are 2, Orlando and Jacksonville Im from Flagler (Florida)  and Jacksonville is the closest one, but Jacksonville says:

This office serves the following counties: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnum, St. Johns, Suwanee, Union, and Wakulla.

This office also serves Flagler and Volusia counties for Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization) applicants and for Form I-485 (Application for Lawful Permanent Residence) applicants. This includes anything associated with these specific cases, such as emergency Advance Parole, InfoPass inquiries, Requests for Information, etc.

Thank you! Hopefully it will be jacksonville, the reviews for jacksonville are great but orlando on the other hand...
