HELP! WHAT DO I DO?

I'm due to go to the UK on May 17th, but have forgotten (duh) where I've put my I-551 extension letter, extending my conditional GC until September. I have just responded to an RFE, although it's unlikely I'll get my GC in time before I go.

WHAT CAN I DO??? HEEEEEEEELP!!!

Marriage date: 29th May 2004 - UK!

I-130: submitted and processed 1st June 2004

DS-230: Returned 1st June 2004

I-130: petition approved 30th June 2004 (hubby forgot to sign page 2 of petition, and had 3 attempts at sending it from the US. FedEx ranks higher than USPS!!)

Packet 3 checklist: Returned 9th June 2004

Interview scheduled: 30th July 2004

Visa arrives - 2nd August 2004 (WOO HOO!!)

Together in Atlanta: 14th September 2004

Not to rub salt into the wound, but if your GC is expired you are required to carry that notice with you at all times to prove your status. I hope you find your letter soon and like the above poster suggested, I would make an Infopass appointment to see if they can help you out.

Oct 15 2004 - Biometrics/ Fingerprinting appointment

Oct 21 2004 - Biometrics recieved - processing resumed

Nov 10 2004 - EAD approved!!! After 63 days

Nov 16 2004 - EAD recieved

Nov 16 2004 - Applied for SSN (2 weeks to recieve card)

Nov 22 2004 - Recieved SS card

Dec 21 2004 - Interview letter scheduled for March 2nd!!

Mar 02 2005 - Interview - APPROVED!

Mar 19 2007 - Overnight I-751 paperwork to remove conditions

Mar 20 2007 - Paperwork is delivered - NOA1 date

Mar 26 2007 - Checks cashed

Mar 28 2007 - NOA1 arrives!! Residency extended for a year

Mar 31 2007 - Conditional residency expires

Apr 02 2007 - NOA1 for Biometrics recieved

Apr 14 2007 - Biometrics appointment

Apr 12 2008 - 10 year Card production ordered. Done!!

Blimey! Keep searching and searching. When you find it, take a copy of it immediately! If you don't find it, do what has been said, and make an infopass appt.

Met the ole man in January 1998

Jan. 2004: K1 visa issued ~ April 2004: Got on a plane ~ Nov. 2004: GC in my mucky hands ~ Dec. 2006: Received 10 YR GC

September 2008 - US passport delivered!

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
