thank you for the answer, I really appreciate it. I did submited DS-160 yesterday and printed teh confirmation, now I prepare for the filling the I-134 and I need employment letter sample, do you have any ideas? is it ok to submit just one pay check, my petitioner just got a new job is that ok?

The letter of employment should cover the following:

Position

Permanent/part time

Duration working there or date start working there

Expected annual income

It should be printed on the company's letterhead.

If the petitioner only has one paystub, the letter of employment is very important as it would have the expected annual income, which should be plugged into the I-134. If the petitioner has a job immediately before the current job, the petitioner might wanna consider including the last few paystubs from that job since it would at least show there was a steady stream of income regardless of amount.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

no for th ecountry of Algeria there is no billing online, you have to open account with ustraveldocs and creat a profile and then print the slip receipt and take it to Aramax where you will be paying the visa fees, after 24 hours your account with be allowed to schedule an appointement.

did you get the letter from the embassy? they will be explaining you how to proceed.

best luck

Thanks, we are in transit from NVC now waiting for email from embassy.  Good luck with your interview!

my fiancee does not work for  a company, she works for someone as a personal assistant, she is taking care of an elderly, so instead of company letter head, it is ok to put that person she works for address?or in this case it is considered as a self-employed?

we really lost about that.

for the letter sample we did follow the sample provided on the forum with some modification.

thank you
