Will my previous TN visa rejection affect my CR-1/IR-1

So in April of 2016 I had applied for a TN visa at the Toronto CBP pre-clearance center. However my visa was turned down on the grounds that my degree did not match the job I was offered in. So I with drew my application, and I have been able to travel to the US twice since my rejection. Once a few days later and later earlier this year.

 

My wife and I have gotten married in December of 2016 and in May of 2017 sent in my I-130 forms. I was wondering would my previous TN visa rejection cause any problems now?
