Yes! Good luck to all of us. I'm hoping my mom will be here before the end of the year.

She will. No worry. I also want my parents to be here so bad.

Sorry to bother you guys. I was filling out Form i-130 for my parents.

Page 6, Part 4, Question 22

Date Marriage Ended.

My parents are currently married, Should I leave it blank or write NONE or write CURRENT ?

Page 6, Part 4, Question 25.(a)

Provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children.

Do I have to write my name here since I am already saying that he or she is my dad or mom ?

22. I left mine blank (and had no problem), some people will put N/A.

25. Yes you need to put all the children your parents have included yourself.

Yayyyyyy! I called nvc and was given case numbers for both my husband and me. Exactly 5 weeks today since nvc received our case.

Anybody here petitioning both parents?  Do we pay just one aos fee for both or  two seperate aos fees as they are 2 seperate petitions?

@Lane O @Tkim did you guys get the invoice numbers on the same day as when you got the case numbers? I forgot to ask about the invoice numbers but i will call today and ask. Also did you guys give your email addresses when you got the case numbers over the phone?

Thanks

Congratulations, MrsKhan. Did you get 2 separate case numbers for you and your husband from NVC? And 2 separate invoice numbers as well, right? I am assuming these are separate for each of you, but want to confirm. We are Sept filers, so following you all July filers. This forum is so useful. Thanks for your response in advance.
