i havent received any email yet. the cs just give me the invoce ID and the case number. trying to do the ds-261 last night but still cant.

just hang in there and pray, everything will be okay.  wait for the ds261 form to become available online. mine took 5 days with weekends and holiday before the form became clickable but that was 4 months ago. it might be longer or shorter this time.

hi everyone... i just check and i can already pay for the aos. im petitioning both my parents. someone told me here that im only going to pay 1 aos for both case. anyone know which case# will i use? im confuse 😅 ... i tried reading and read that (its only applicable for spouse or children). thank you...

Hi Guys - just getting prepared for the next steps for my parents' cases. I see that the DS-261 has to be signed by the applicants (parents) and not the petitioner. Did you get your parents to sign it or is it ok for petitioner to sign it?

Me and my husband had our interview today at London embassy...ir5 category and Alhamdulillah we were approved. The lady said we will get our passport within 2 weeks. Such a huge huge relief!!!

my husband will do i-864a (both for my parents)

 

my questions is: since im not working right now...in the PART  6 OF I-864

 

SPONSOR'S EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME...

 

SHOULD I PUT 0 OR USE MY HUSBANDS INCOME (SINCE WE FILE MARRIED FILLING JOINTLY)? IN MY CURRENT INCOME.

update:

 

i called nvc yesterday to link both cases together, because it still showing not paid for my dad's aos.

 

today i received an email from nvc for the the IV invoice of my dad. and i tried to click the pay now and it allows me to proceed. but the AOS is still showing not PAID.  (my moms show PAID already and already got he invoice)

 

I just want to make sure everythings ok... i dont know if i should proceed in the IV fee payment or should wait till the AOS of my dad showed PAID.

im still searching for it. im not really sure yet. im trying to follow the instructions carefully as i dont want any RFE anymore.
