Hi guys, I received the IV fee invoice and I just paid it today. My AOS payment status is now PAID.

At least 3 days.  I paid the AOS on Monday. I got the invoice for IV Fee last night and I just paid it this morning.

I paid aos on Tuesday. Money has been taken out but still says in process. I called today she said to wait one week for the iv fee invoice.  She also reviewed my ds261 over the phone.

When I called they say wait for a week but it only take 3 days. Yes they will review your DS261 over the phone, its good that you call. They told me they will send me the IV fee (325 USD) invoice. I called Tuesday.

Just an updated. I got my IV fee invoice this morning. Just paid it. My AOS is still in process, but the $ has been taken from my account. I’m thinking about sending my documents tomorrow. I talked to an agent about sending documents before paying IV fee, but he said he did not recommend that. Because they won’t touch or review my documents until i have paid all the fee and finish ds 260. What do you guys think?

i don’t want them to put my documents on the side then miss placed them :((.

I'll say wait. After you done with all the steps. It would be faster and less hassle.

they already receive the requested forms that they need for my parents case. Umm... I hope everything will be ok and no more RFE. Glad everyones already have their approval and and some already paid the IV fee and AOS. umm.. I just wanted to ask how many more payments do we need to pay? $535 for the petition $325 for the IV and $120 for the AOS? =( mine is always  X2... (both parents)

Ours is same ×2 for both of us. But the aos fee you have to  pay only one for both.  It will say it covers for both petitions.  So don't pay twice.

My aos  fee says PAID SINCE YESTERDAY but I can't pay the iv fee still. And no invoice for iv fee either.  Do you think I can get anything during  the weekend or will it be Monday now. After you guys paid the iv fee has the iv form open for you guys to fill? I wonder how long it will take to open the ds260.

Hi Lane O, I got the same problem you have on your AOS, mine is on IV fee. I paid yesterday. Today I got another invoice email, checked online the fee said “not paid”. Did you do anything or just wait?

I’m not on DS260 state yet, so Idk. Abt the IV fee, just wait until they send you the invoice email (god knows when). Good luck

If you click the payment receipt, you will see that your AOS is in process status.

I paid my IV Fee yesterday and it shows in process under the payment receipts.

I think one more payment is medical in SLEC. Once we have an interview date, I will schedule my mother for a medical. I think it cost at least 300 USD.

I paid my IV Fee yesterday and it shows in process under the payment receipts. 

On the top line under AOS the IV fee said “in process”, but in the detail it said “not paid”. NVC really makes me worry with the technical issues.
