And the problem is, that we don't know how fast visa bulletin will move, it might slow down and you might wait +15 years insted of 12 and your daughter won't be eligible for CSPA.

Yes, its gonna be another 10+ years wait if you are still married. Divorce and your pd is current now and you can travel with your daughter now.
