Yes, it'll take 12 years now, as they are currently processing 15 February 1995 for F3 and your PD is June 2006, so the waiting line is much longer and that is correct, that you'll be facing another problem-your daughter might age out.

But you are current for a long time now because it is sept 2007 now and you are 2006.

yes it can when you subtract the age at interview with the one when your case was approve

Yes, there is CSPA and your daughter could be eligible, that depends when your petition has been approved, that extra time would be added to her +21.

when did you get married. if you was watching the visa bulletin if would have made a whole lot of  difference. but all that change when you get married
