So you submitted all of the documents requested after receiving the 221g? It sounds like you are going through standard Administrative Processing (AP) now. Everyone goes through AP, usually it's just a few days, but it could be a few weeks, or rarely months and extremely rarely year(s). All you can do is wait it out, so keep checking the status daily.

it usually only means that someone is updating your case. one of those times was probably your medical being added to your case. So far it seems like everything is normal. you said the interview went well and you provided the required documents. just wait.

You said that the embassy received your medical documents on July 14, which was just last Friday. It will take them time to process the documents you have provided them. That is what administrative processing means - they are looking at your case and adding the missing documents that you recently submitted. There is no specific timeline for administrative processing and there is nothing you can do to speed it up. In cases like this, it typically takes a few days or weeks to process, but it does take longer in rare instances. No one can tell you how much longer you will be waiting.
