So they sent the petition back to you and you sent it back on april 2nd? I cant understand what your saying in that first sentence. (punctuate please :) )

as for your other q's

NOA1 will come via snail mail. Your petition will be forwarded to Cali Service Center. So look at them for K1 processing, even though the CSC processing charts are not at all reliable.

Nebraska is your service center - however it was forwarded to California (Nebraska,Texas - no longer process I129f petitions) so if you're looking at processing times (etc.) look at CSC.

Yes - they will mail your NOA to you.

did they reject your petition or tell you to send in another part? I hope you mean the G-325A as well, because that is the required form (there is a G-325 as well, but it's different).

If you sent in more information before it was requested, it probably won't find its way to your package.

They'll send you a snail-mail NOA1.

You may just get your whole package returned, however, if it is missing substantial parts.
