Ok sorry if I'm going in a circle here.

My situation is a little different and I apologize if I'm hijacking this tread but seems others have similar situation.

I filed K-1 Last year then THIS year I filed a NEW K-1.

The first K-1 was approved for the NOA 2 and forwarded to embassy.

Interview did NOT happen as I sent letter/emails/phone calls and requested that it be withdrawn.

Embassy sent the file back to NVC

NVC sent file back to USCIS
Current USCIS on-line case status of FIRST K-1 states. Case received back by USCIS from state dept (NVC) and they (USCIS) are reviewing it and will let me know by mail when done.

I just need the case withdrawn as I requested so not much for them to decide. I've sent many withdraw request in writing to Embassy, NVC and USCIS.

So my question did I really need to wait 6 months after USCIS received the case back in order to file my New K-1, which I did already file in May of this year?

I understand I don't need the actual letter from USCIS per the prior responses here.

Will my NEW I-129F be rejected or NOID because my prior K-1 did not pass it's 6 months time frame from when the USCIS received it back?

Thanks

You are the petitioner ?

Did you include all the withdrawal requests with your 2. K1 ?
Is this for the same beneficiary or different fiance  or are you the beneficiary and have a different USC fiance ?

Hi Sorry about the confusion and lack of clarity on my part.
I am the US petitioner (Profile photo is my GF/Fiancee)
I sent on 2 occasions letters of withdraw to the USCIS .
With my I-129F I just sent a note explaining that the prior GF did not work out and told them I previously sent a withdraw request.
Not sure why but I did not put a withdraw request IN the I-129F .
I think at the time I figured the 1st withdraw would have processed before I had filed the new I-129F. I should have known everything at USCIS moves like molasses.
Both ladies are Filipino.
thanks for any insight you can give.

It would have been best to include the withdrawal letter because there is a new beneficiary involved.
There should be no problems due to the previous petition though strictly going on procedure even if the letter was not included.
Having said that, more than 1 petition with another beneficiary can cause problems for other reasons, one being time gap

between the 2 relationships being too short and the filings being too close together.
I also read of cases where the petition becomes stuck at the embassy due to the ex beneficiary not having withdrawn
their previous K1 application but it does not happen too often.

For the same beneficiary it is no problem and the previous petition would not have to be withdrawn formally, though a simple
one sentence request can be easily made in the second petition.
