K1 visa in AP (urgent Help)

 my K1 interview was on 30th May 

CO kept my passport 

got 221g,Ap required with additional document and submitted the copies later 

 

date updates , 7th ,13th, 21st , June

Date updates , 6 , 10, 13, 17,18 July 

 

on 6th July I got email from Embassy in return of my inquiry that my case is Refused for AP which is also written on 221g.

 

Yesterday 17th and today 18th July my case date updates in row. 

 

status still on Ready ( anyone went through similar situation) ?? 

 

some help will be much appreciated

They asked for all original passports , however I didn't  had the originals but copies of 2 passports and detailed explanation why I don't have my originals. 

 

I submitted the documents on 7th June

It sounds like they are concerned about your travel history, and that could take some time in AP for them to research.  Have you been to any of Trump's "banned countries" (Iran, iraq, Syria etc)?

Never been there ... nor I tend too  or probably I traveled a lot & I lived in too many countries

Don't worry you will get visa very soon . I am in AP since over 4 months.

Thanks buddy .. what's ur visa catogory ? Did u also get same reply in return of inquiry that your visa is Refused under INA section 221g for AP ?

CR1. 

My wife made an inquiry on my pending visa application  they told her your husband visa application is pending . It will be in pending status until such administrative processing is completed. We expect processing will be finished soon. We make to ensure you that there is no un necessary delays.thanks for patience and understanding.

may i know your profession ? Did you travel any country? 

I didn't apply from Pakistan. I applied from Germany.

Even i was informed on the day of the interview i will get my passport back with in two weeks and CO tood me your visa will be issued from yesterday from the date of kedical examination. Because i had medical exam day before the consilular interview. I been in U.S back 2014 I don't know y they are taking too much time?

Well your catagory is different and solid since you are married .. I'm marketing profesional , ur should be easy if you have applied from Germany.
