Guys, I just found out this forum and it's helping me a lot! Thank you in advance! Well, I hope someone will be able to help with my case.

I work for the government in my country and I'm currently on upaid leave. Last year I came here for tourism with a B-2 visa in April (6 months stay).

In August I met my now husband and in September he helped me to apply for an 6 months extension (I-539) which was granted up to April this year. Before the expiration we got married and I was about to go back to my country before the expiration date, but we found out I was pregnant and the doctor said I couldn't go to my country because of the zyka virus there. Now I'm already 23 weeks pregnant.

We are applying for AOS and at the Form I-485 Part 2 is option A? And at Part 3 the question about my current occupation should I write: Housewife in the US/on unpaid leave in my country? Because at the application for visa extension I mentioned that I was on unpaid leave until October/2017 (and of course, sent them all the documents proving it, that's why it was granted).

So should I also write this info at the fields were they ask about my current employer (for instance I-130A) at my AOF even though here in the US I'm just a housewife/unemployed?

My option about my job there is to ask for an extension of the unpaid leave or to resign by mail. Do you think I should resign to make this paperwork easier?

Last question: I had a J1 visa ten years ago (that's why I already have a SSN), at the Form I-765 Question 11; have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS? Should I choose Yes or No?

I don't remember of applying, I think it was my sponsor who did all the paperwork for me...
