I called NVC today to check on my case but they said that my case arrived in the building since July 10th but it is not in the system yet. How long does it takes for NVC to generate case number once it has entered the building?

Usually 2 weeks but it's been a bit more lately. Just try to call them like once a week or maybe by the end of the second week of you don't wanna keep getting put on hold :) Best time to call is first thing when they operate in the morning or late at night before closing. EST time!!

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
