Hello everyone!!!

So I submitted my husbands i130 on 4/5/17 and I only received his NOA1 in 4/11/17, our case is currently in Texas Service Center. I have not gotten our NOA2 response. My husband is in Dominican Republic and I am a US Citizen living in NY. I called the USCIS this morning because I checked on their website that the i130 Petitions for US Citizen relatives and they are currently working on and processing petitions from 05/31/2017 . Is this normal? They passed our date and we haven't received anything. What should I do???? :(

got to be something wrong with those dates on the USCIS website. Spousal process to my knowledge takes between 10-12 months, so you still have a very long time to wait until you receive NOA2. VJ reckons it takes an average of 171 days from NOA1 to NOA2.

Not sure how they can process cases from 05/31/2017 when it says (Field Office Processing Dates for Texas Service Center as of: May 31, 2017) at the top ? It's like the same day :P

IR-1/CR-1 takes 12-14 months. You applied 3 months ago!!! I don't understand why you are concerned.

I know the time it takes for them to process an I130 in general but when I go on their website as stated on my post its says their are already processing 5/31/2017. Thats the reason Im concerned because I filed in 4/17 so that means they are past my date unless their is something wrong with their system.

From NOA1 to NOA2 it takes the longest. Your VJ timeline it says maybe September.

So you are probably looking at the wrong date.
