Hey all

Just wanted to get some first hand experience from people living in Pennsylvania. I've filed Adjustment of Status after marrying my now wife, after entering on a K-1 visa - received the email/text notifications that the package had been accepted and was wondering where I stand on acquiring a PA driving license.

I found this, and it seems to indicate that people on a K-1 visa can indeed get a license. Has anyone had experiences with this?

There is also an entry in the chart for AOS applicant which indicates you are allowed. But states typically issue those kinds of licenses to expire when the I-94 expires because that is the only document you have  that indicates a date your lawful entry ends. Looks like you could have a license for a month and a half. Then you can apply for another license when you get something showing a longer authorization (EAD, greencard).

Sorry, no PA experience.
