We were told to send missing forms.

I864, i864a and i134

My income goes up and down and we have been told to provide joint sponsor.

Husband lives over seas, never been here. Joint sponsor dose not live with sponsor (me). Not related. Do we need to do i864a? Please help! Thanks in advance

hi

those are 3 types of affidavits, but you don't send them all together

the i134 is an affidavit for the k1 fiancé petition, the i864A is used only if you had a household member living with you, such as a parent or sibling, which is not your case

so the joint sponsor would file an i864, same as you, and the financial documents same as you, but needs to include proof of being a USC or LPR
